If u are talking about the gray and purple thingy it is called a Xyron Design Runner.
I have the Dymo label maker, it is in the pic in front of my cricut.

I got mine at michaels, I haven't used it that much. But it is pretty cool, I wish they would make more then just red, green, and black inks for it though.
